All housings have mount surfaces and threads gauged & repaired as necessary
Fans straightened or replaced as needed
All pulleys painted, plated or dipped to inhibit corrosion
Shafts and threads gauged and replaced as necessary
Double sealed bearings used throughout
All bearing seats gauged and repaired as necessary
Rotors are tested for amperage and insulation quality
Stator is inspected for insulation quality, phase balance and rated output
Voltage regulator tested for voltage cutoff and output functions, replaced as necessary
New terminal hardware
High temperature insulators installed where required
All new brushes, springs gauged and replaced as necessary
Rectifier load tested, repaired or replaced
High capacity diodes and high temp solder used where required
Slip ring gauged and repaired as necessary, all are machined, polished and checked for "run out"
